Today's society is a society with rapid development. As we can see, the land of China, in a short period of more than 30 years, can not be described too much as "rapid progress, thousands of miles a day". Today's society is also a knowledge-based society. College students before the reform and opening up are rare in China. With the rapid development of social economy, based on knowledge-based talents and guided by vigorously developing productivity, China has impressed the world in just a few decades.
However, most of our students receiving higher education just accept the knowledge of basic theoretical subjects, but they are helpless, helpless, powerless and blank in interpersonal relationships, personal behaviors, environment and workplace response, resulting in many problems such as workplace pressure, workplace conflicts, workplace confusion, commonly known as "workplace syndrome". These are numerous in my adolescent psychological counseling cases.
How to solve the "workplace syndrome"?
First of all, the formation of "workplace syndrome" is closely related to my own workplace mentality, cognition and attitude towards occupation. The so-called positive mentality means positive ideas, positive ideas means positive behaviors, and the results will be very different. We can get some enlightenment from the attitude of Rockefeller, the world's richest man, and Ji Xianlin, the national master, towards work.
Story:
On the seat near the door of the waiting room sat a tired old man, covered with dust, as if he had walked a lot.
After the train arrived at the station, the ticket was checked. The old man stood up to go to the ticket gate. At this time, a fat lady came out of the waiting room, holding a large box, panting and sweating. When the fat lady saw the old man, she shouted at him, "Hey, old man, please help me pull the box. Don't worry, I will tip you!" The old man turned around, took the box and walked towards the ticket gate without thinking.
When she got on the bus, the fat lady took out a dollar and handed it to the old man. She said gratefully, "Thank you for your help, otherwise I would miss the bus." The old man took the money with a smile and put it in his pocket with peace of mind. Just then, the conductor came over and said respectfully to the old man, "Hello, Mr. Rockefeller, welcome to take this train. What can I do for you?".
"What, Rockefeller?" The fat lady was so surprised that she almost jumped up. "It's a sin that I let Mr. Rockefeller, the oil magnate, carry my suitcase for me and give him a tip of one dollar. I really don't know gold and jade." She was busy apologizing to Rockefeller and asked him to return the tip of one dollar to her with a face of shame.
Rockefeller shook his head and calmly said, "Madam, what's wrong with you? I earned this dollar, and of course I will take it." Then Rockefeller patted his coat pocket.
It's a coincidence. One year at the beginning of school at Peking University, a new student came to the school and got off the bus at the gate of Peking University with his luggage. Suddenly, he wanted to do something, but his luggage was left unattended. When he saw an old man at the gate wearing an old Chinese tunic suit, a pair of cloth shoes, and carrying an old cylindrical bag in his hand, he went to him and said, "Old comrade, please help me look at my luggage, and I will do something." The old man promised, "OK." He looked after his luggage carefully and didn't leave until the student came back.
To the surprise of the new student, the old man who showed himself his luggage sat on the rostrum at the opening ceremony and soon made a speech at the conference. After asking, he found out that the old man was actually Ji Xianlin, the distinguished vice president of Peking University and a master of Chinese culture. Later, when I told my classmates about it, everyone thought it was unbelievable.
Rockefeller and Ji Xianlin, one is a world tycoon and the other is a national master. Their attitude to career and academic rigor are part of life in their eyes. Therefore, their concerns and taboos against ordinary people are not worth mentioning in their minds.
In life, everyone seems to be accustomed to the hierarchical differences in the traditional concept, and feel that those who occupy a high position should be high above, to enjoy the eyes of people looking up. In fact, real masters are always willing to live at a lower place, moistening things silently. In a sense, low-key is more awe inspiring.
Secondly, the correct attitude of optimism is required to solve the "workplace syndrome".
I remember that Mr. Deng Xiaoping, the chief designer of China's reform and opening up, once asked a reporter at a press conference facing countries around the world: As a politician, you have been knocked down three times and returned three times. How do you feel? Mr. Xiaoping laughed it off: I am a short man. When the sky falls, a tall man will stand up to me.
An understated reply represents infinite wisdom. The wisdom of the workplace is to take your own shortcomings as the strengths of the workplace, and turn the unspeakable pain of others into proud responses. If you consider your political career as your favorite career, Mr. Deng Xiaoping is obviously an outstanding person in the workplace. His understatement and calm show people his infinite wisdom and strength in his career.
Finally, having good and correct workplace values is also essential to resolve the "workplace syndrome". The cause of life is changeable and unpredictable. If we want to establish a good workplace value for life, we should first base ourselves on the durability of our career. Our career is not Liu Xiang's 110 meter hurdles, which can be seen in an instant, but the marathon of life, which can be said to know the horse power from afar and the people's hearts from time to time. Therefore, if we do not set up a indomitable outlook on career, cultivate the concept of sticking to the green mountain and never relax, we will touch the water everywhere, and change from time to time. As a result, it is difficult to become a big thing and return without an end.
Moreover, on the one hand, the employees in the workplace bear the pressure from the company's achievement orientation and efficiency, on the other hand, they bear the comprehensive pressure from the daily life of the family. Today, in the world of myriad things, they are rich, flashy, dynamic, and bizarre, which makes them appear misplaced from time to time, whether consciously or unconsciously, and can be called "five sons" of houses, cars, children, tickets, and seats, Let them experience all the mixed feelings of their career...
In a word, there are many factors that cause "workplace syndrome". To establish a good professional attitude, resolve workplace conflicts rationally, respond flexibly to workplace problems, and actively face workplace dynamics, I believe that it is a panacea for workplace problems, and also an equation that can be used to resolve workplace pressure.
As the ancients said, "Don't be surprised by the vicissitudes of life. Look at the flowers blooming and falling in front of the court.
